Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the service has not been effected till date. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that till date the State has also not been served. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the private opposite parties could not also be served as they are searching for the address.

Having considered the mode and manner in which attitude has been expressed by the petitioner, I am of the firm opinion that there is no requirement of keeping the revisional application pending before this Court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3739 of 2023 is dismissed.
