Petitioners have amicably resolved their matrimonial dispute. They pray for quashing of the impugned proceeding which arose out of the said dispute.

In light of the law declared in B. S. Joshi & Ors. Vs. State of Haryana & Anr.1 and Gian Singh Vs. State of Punjab & Anr.2, resolution of the matrimonial dispute, continuation of the impugned proceeding would be abuse of process of court.

Warrant of arrest, if issued against petitioner No.3 be recalled.

Hence, the proceeding is quashed.
