1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the de facto complainant and the other witnesses that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner with regard to the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
