9 out of 17 charge sheet named witnesses have only been examined. Out of the 8 remaining witnesses, 6 are escort witnesses.

Learned Advocate for the State says that the trial is expected to be completed within the next three months. 4.

In view of the prima facie incriminating material against the petitioner, we are not inclined to enlarge him on bail immediately particularly keeping in mind that the trial is expected to conclude very soon. The charge is under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. If convicted, the petitioner will have to undergo imprisonment for at least 20 years, which may extend to life term, which means reminder of the life. Signed By :
