Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner approached the SubDivisional Officer, Purba Bardhaman for remedies and consequently, the Sub-Divisional Officer has acted upon the same.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Report reflects that Purba Bardhaman Case no. 02 of 2024 under the relevant provisions of Maintenance

and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is pending before the SDO, Sadar (South).

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 6 submits that a case is also initiated being Memari PS Case no. 702/24 dated 22.08.2024 under the relevant provisions of BNS.

Having considered that the plight of the petitioner has been addressed and the SDO is already in seisin of the issues which have been canvassed in the present writ petition and a report has been placed before the Sub-Divisional Officer Sadar (South), petitioner would be at liberty to canvas all her grievances before the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned in connection with Case No. 02/24.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24006 of 2024 is disposed of.
