Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, if the changed circumstances, if any, be placed before the learned Trial Court, learned Trial Court would consider the same in the background of the facts of the present case.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 1821 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.
