Mr. Shiv Shankar Banerjee ....for the Petitioner The innocuous prayer is for a direction upon the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the title suit being T.S.No. 600 of 2022.

Since an order passed in this regard shall not affect the opposite parties prejudicially, the revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Trial Court being the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the title suit being TS No. 600 of 2022 pending before him as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit.

With the above observations and directions this revisional application is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
