Learned counsel appearing for the West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited submits that the writ petition may be withdrawn upon recording the stand of the respondent Housing Corporation that the property in question in the writ petition is not a 'Heritage Building' within the meaning of The Kolkata Municipal

Corporation Act, 1980, as mentioned in the Memo dated 23rd September, 2022.

The petitioner does not have any objection to such statement being recorded.

WPA 23356 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and the connected applications, if any, are disposed of. The instruction and the affidavit-in-opposition of the respondent Housing Corporation are taken on record.
