1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners assaulted the victims mercilessly, one of whom died. It is argued the associates of petitioners were also injured. However, the nature and extent of injury on the victims and the fact one of them died clearly shows the petitioners and others intended to commit murder. Hence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. The prayer for bail is thus rejected.
