Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have withheld his remuneration amounting to Rs.9 lakhs and other benefits and several approaches made by the petitioner to the school authority fell on deaf ears. The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority which has also not been acted upon.

Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the petitioner is claiming remuneration for the period he did not render service to the school.

The matter pertains to dispute with regard to service which cannot be dealt with by this Bench.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is of the view that in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by non payment of his service benefits by the school he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

Since the complaint lodged by the petitioner before the police authority has not been taken care of, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS for direction in accordance with law.

With the above observation and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
