The matter is listed at the instance of the department. 2.

It appears that the judgment delivered by this Court on February 4, 2026 in respect of CRA 473 of 2010 and CRA 588 of 2010 in the order portion the CRA 588 of 2010 is mentioned. It is therefore, necessary that the judgment to be corrected by incorporation the other appeal being "CRA 588 of 2010". 3.

In paragraph 25 of the judgment it is mentioned "Hence this CRA 573 of 2010 is hereby allowed. The judgment and order passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, 4th Court, Burdwan is hereby set aside. The appellants be released from their respective bail bond."

In first line of paragraph 25 of the judgment it will be read as "CRA 573 of 2010 and CRA 588 of 2010" are hereby allowed. 5.

Rest of the portion of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the judgment dated February 4, 2026.

The department is directed to send down the copy of this order along with the judgment dated February 4, 2026 with the TCR forthwith to the concerned Court for appropriate steps. 8.
