Mr. Arani Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the Investigating Officer of the case which reflects that the present petitioner has already been deported to Bangladesh. Let the said report dated 13.07.2022 be kept on record.

As the instant application for bail was filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the opinion that the application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRM 7845 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.
