Petitioner is in custody for 84 days. He submits that he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the de facto complaint also opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the de-facto complaint and her family members are being threatened. 4.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor shows that she had been abducted from the road and sexually abused.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
