And In Re : Joylal Mondal ..... petitioner Mr. Asraf Mandal ... for the petitioner Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta, learned APP Mr. Santanu Deb Roy Md. Kutubuddin ... for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 119 days. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the minor victim as well as her mother implicate the petitioner in the alleged offence.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
