1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It appears that on 18th April, 2024, the application for anticipatory bail was dismissed as not pressed. We deprecate the practice of Bench hunting.

3. Apart from the aforesaid, there are sufficient materials in the case diary which, inter alia, include recovery of the motorcycle of which the present petitioner is the owner from which huge of narcotic substance was recovered, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
