Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that the petitioner published the report in the portal on 12th September, 2025. The report demonstrates incident of 7th September, 2025. The FIR was lodged against him on 8th September, 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false and frivolous complaint has been lodged against him due to publication of the report alleging actions of extortion of the police authorities.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner caused obstruction in the official duty of the police during naka checking and did not leave the place despite several requests for which the complaint was lodged. The petitioner has not co operated in investigation.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is of the view that since

investigation is pending, the petitioner shall co operate in investigation of the case and shall respond to the notice issued by the investigating officer.

No coercive steps be taken against the petitioner subject to his co operation till completion of investigation. With the above observation and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
