The present writ petition has been preferred primarily prayer for issuance of a direction upon the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the original application.

It appears from the order dated 9th August, 2024 that the learned Tribunal has fixed the matter for considering the point of maintainability of the OA on 4th February, 2025. Upon hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, we do not find any justifiable reason to issue direction upon the Tribunal for preponement and disposal of the original application.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present writ petition.

Needless to observe the learned Tribunal would consider the maintainability point on the

date on which the OA has been made returnable without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
