Mondal ... for the petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was assaulted on her head and succumbed to her injuries at her matrimonial home. Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
