IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE (Via Video Conference) CRR 3245 of 2017 In Re : Rajat Bhattacharya & Ors.

... Petitioners Mr. Saswata Gopal Mukherji, learned P.P Mrs. Debjani Sahu ... for the State None appears for the petitioners.

Mr. Mukherji, learned Public Prosecutor, submits report which reflects that the opposite party no.2 namely Paromita Roy is presently residing at Canada.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

There is no persuasion in respect of the revisional application on behalf of the petitioners. Matter was called on 18 th February, 2022 when none appeared for the petitioners. Today when the matter has been called none represented the petitioners. The report reflects that the Police authority tried their level best for establishing contact with the opposite party. In view of the report so submitted and the contention advanced in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made by this court at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 3245 of 2017 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All the parties are directed to act on the server copy to be obtained from the official Website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
