1. The petitioner is aggrieved that Domjur Police Station has not taken cognizance of a complaint dated 25th August, 2022 filed by the petitioner against her in-laws.

2. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may avail remedy under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
