We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on a number of occasions earlier. There is no change in the circumstances since then. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
