Mr. Ayan Bhattacharya Mr. Sharequl Haque ... for the petitioner Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State Mr. Ayan Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner files copies of order dated 07.02.2022 and 13.03.2023 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(Crl.) No.7949 of 2021 relating to the parties in this case. From the said order, it is evident that the matter has been settled by way of a memorandum of understanding having been executed before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre vide order dated 8th November, 2021.

On the basis of the said amicable settlement between the parties and by way of the said memorandum of understanding and also the undertaking given by the petitioner in this revisional application before the Hon'ble Apex Court that all matters shall be withdrawn before the next date of listing which is fixed on 5th April, 2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner now prays for withdrawal of the revisional application preferred against a proceeding pending before the Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Second Fast Track Court, Alipore in connection with Kasba Police Station Case No.379 of 2011 under Sections 498A/406/323/506/34 of the IPC read with Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularised.

Considering the orders of the Hon'ble Apex court and the nature of offence alleged in the present case and the amicable settlement between the parties and the undertaking given by the petitioner herein before the Hon'ble Apex Court, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present revision.

Accordingly, the revisional application, CRR 3382 of 2019 stands disposed of being withdrawn.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
