3. Wife as the writ petitioner complains that, her husband was illegally detained by the police official of Kolaghat Police Station on September 4, 2024.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the husband of the writ petitioner was arrested by the Maharashtra Police in connection with F.I.R. No.350 dated August 31, 2024 under Sections 316(4), 318(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Naya Sanhita, 2023.

5. In such circumstances, since, the private respondent was arrested in respect of a police case, we are not minded to pass any order in the present writ petition.
