Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The matter pertains to the SARFAESI Act. The possession of the property in question has been made over to the authorized officer of the bank pursuant to an order under Section 14 of the Act.

The petitioner claims to be a tenant in the property and restoration of his possession therein. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance subject to the provisions of the Limitation Act.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
