Learned advocate for the petitioner places before this Court a letter dated 26th February, 2024 issued by the Colliery Manager, Jhanjra Project Colliery of Eastern Coalfields Limited (in short, ECL), by which the petitioner has been offered the appointment and the same is taken on record.

Learned advocate for ECL says that the petitioner on receiving the said letter has also accepted the same. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition as the grievance of the petitioner has been duly mitigated.

The writ petition, therefore, is disposed recording that the petitioner has been given appointment by ECL.
