1. The petitioner is aggrieved by delay in disposal of an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure by which the petitioner prayed for extension and/or re-imposition of the ad interim order of injunction, and prays for such extension. The court recorded that on four earlier occasions the ad interim order was not extended. Thus, the application should be heard upon allowing the defendants to file their written objection.

2. I do not find any irregularity in the order impugned. However as the issue is with regard to extension and re-imposition of an ad interim order of injunction, the learned court is requested to expedite the hearing of the application and dispose of the same within three weeks from the next date fixed.

3. This court has not made any observations on the merits of the application.

4. The learned trial judge will decide the application independently.

5. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.

7. This application and the order shall be served upon the opposite parties.
