Re: CRAN 1 of 2022 CRAN 1 is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner praying for relaxation of condition of bail which was granted by the trial court on the direction of the High Court, and the High Court had also imposed a condition that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-incharge, Harishchandrapur PS twice a week until further orders.

It is made clear that the bail was granted by the trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed on 25.11.2019, and since then, he is complying with the direction. The matter is still pending before the trial court, and as such, considering the hardship faced, the prayer for relaxation of the said condition is made.

Considering all these facts and the nature of offence alleged in the police station case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has already been filed.(copy annexed), the condition to meet the I.O twice a week is hereby waived. CRAN 1 of 2022 stands disposed of.
