On 6th December, 2022 the learned advocate representing the petitioner apprised this Court about the death of the petitioner, who was slapped with an order of conviction by the learned trial Court and he was sentenced to suffer imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- with default clause. The petitioner made an unsuccessful attempt by filing a criminal appeal being no.57 of 2007. The learned Appellate Court affirmed the order of the learned trial Court.

There is nothing to interfere with the concurrent findings of the Courts below; however, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner passed away sometime on or about October 2022, I do not find any reason to keep the matter pending. The criminal revision is bereft of any merit and is dismissed, however, without costs.
