This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.2516 of 2022 pending before the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure is still pending.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 11th April, 2024 is fixed for hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, C.O. 3451 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up the hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. 11th April, 2024 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as

possible but, positively within a period of four weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the application for injunction, the learned Court below shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
