Case No. 1098 of 2023 dated 14.10.2023 was not being taken to its logical conclusion by the investigating agency.

Today, a report has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State. The report reflects that in connection with the aforesaid case, charge-sheet has been submitted by the investigating agency on 9th of January,

2025 under the relevant provisions of IPC.

In view of the prayers of the petitioner being subserved, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24099 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
