Mr. Indranil Karfa, learned advocate appears for the petitioner. He has submitted a copy of the written communication being the resolution of the meeting dated September 18, 2023 issued under the signature of the Joint Labour Commissioner (P), Barasat, North 24 Parganas which speaks for that the complaint lodged by the employer does not survive any further and the employee was directed to continue with his employment. The said document is taken on record.

Mr. Asif Chowdhury, respondent No. 3 appears in person. He has also confirmed the above contention of the petitioner and submits that he is continuing with his service. He has further submitted that he has some further grievance against his employer and the respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press this writ petition any further.

In view of the above, this writ petition W.P.A. 23939 of 2024 stands "dismissed as not pressed", without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that, if the respondent No. 3 has any grievance against his employer he may ventilate the same before the jurisdictional forum in accordance with law.
