The instant revisional application is filed being aggrieved against an order passed by the Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Purulia on 15.11.2011 in connection with Misc. Case No. 542 of 2011 under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the meantime, the CRAN 1/2015 (Old No. CRAN 1024/2015) was filed for substitution. The dispute between the parties concerns mutation of names in the L.R.R.O.R. which is civil in nature.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application along with connected application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
