24 kgs of ganja was recovered from the exclusive possession of the petitioner. Commercial quantity of contraband items being involved, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner of bail.

CRM (NDPS) 1534 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

However, since the petitioner is in custody for about nine months and we are told that charge has already been framed, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the fullest extent possible and conclude the same on an early date. 4.
