It is submitted co-accuseds are on bail. Learned lawyer for the State submits date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife who was throttled at the matrimonial home. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
