1. The petitioner seeks electricity connection for running submersible pump and he has paid the amount quoted by the Distribution Company Limited.

2. Prayer has been made to direct the authority to provide electricity connection.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant Engineer and Station Manager to process the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Connection shall be given to the petitioner upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

5. Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
