Iqbal Kabir Ms. Jonaki Saha ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a married person and cohabited with the minor on false promise of marriage.

In view of the aforesaid deception and the fact that the victim is a minor, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
