2. The petitioner seeks new electricity connection for operating submersible pump.

3. Learned advocate representing the Distribution Company Limited submits, upon instruction that, an inspection was conducted to ascertain feasibility of granting such connection.

4. The Distribution Company Limited has found the place feasible and the new electricity connection shall be given to the petitioner shortly.

5. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Distribution Company Limited to proceed to grant electricity connection to the petitioner at the earliest but latest by April 2025.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
