Mr. N. Dhali ....for the State It appears that in the first page, fifth paragraph, last line of our order dated 05.01.2024, "Section 392" has been inadvertently typed instead of "Section 302". The same shall be corrected and read as "Section 302". The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
