1. Heard the submissions of both the learned Advocate,

Considering the case diary as well as the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and that the present petitioner was identified in the Test Identification Parade, even though complaint was lodged against all the accused. Two women co-accused are enlarged on bail. The age of the petitioner is about 20 years and is in custody for 216 days.
3. Considering the age of the present petitioner and the period of incarceration and that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and trial has not yet been commenced and further that the other co-accused are already on bail, this Court is inclined to allow an interim bail to the present petitioner till 24th November 2025.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Soumyadip Sahoo, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court on each and every day of substantive hearing and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The petitioner shall not enter into the locality where the victim is residing.
5. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (M) 1809 of 2025 is allowed.
