Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that the police authorities have kept strict vigil.
Learned advocate for the petitioner
submits that the petitioner, being a senior citizen (lady), is facing trauma at the hands of the private respondents and, in spite of informing the same to the police authorities, no action has been taken.
Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 8 and 9 submits that the property, which is the subject-matter of dispute, was being used by a society.
Be that as it may, so far as the right, title and interest of the property is concerned, this court will not enter the said domain.
The petitioner has complained before the police authorities. Since the grievance of the petitioner is restricted to the fact that her communication and/or information dated 28th June, 2024 with the Officer-in-charge of Mayureswar P.S., has neither been considered nor she has been informed regarding the outcome, under
such circumstances, I direct that the police authorities would inform the present petitioner regarding the steps taken by them pursuant to the information received on 28th of June, 2024.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24124 of 2024 is disposed of.
Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the State.
