The R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata has submitted a report stating that the white patches on the petitioner's body are a congenital condition. The lesions are suggestive of "Nevus Dipigmentosus".

The report of the R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital confirms the report of the Review Medical Board.

The R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital has rightly not decided on the fitness of the petitioner to serve in the CAPF.

This Court also notes that a civilian hospital is not qualified to decide the medical fitness of a candidate to serve in the CAPF or to address a medical requirements of the CAPFs.

Ms.

Dutta, leaned counsel for the respondents produces instructions of the RPF stating that there are no vacancies.

This Court does not wish to enter into the said issues as the petitioner's medical condition found by the Review Medical Board appears to have ratified from the civilian Medical Board.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the R.G. Medical College and Hospital dated 18.01.2024 and the instructions of Ms. Dutta is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
