1. This is an application for expeditious hearing of Ejectment Suit No. 370 of 2013 pending before the learned Judge, 4th Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Kolkata.

2. Mr. Dey, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the next date for cross-examination of the Plaintiff's Witness No. 1 is fixed on March 27, 2024.

3. Record reveals that by an order dated June 9, 2023, the cross-examination of P.W. 1 was adjourned to September 6, 2023. Record also reveals that the ejectment suit is pending from the year 2013 and therefore, the same is required to be disposed of expeditiously.

4. In view of the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner that the next date fixed for crossexamination of P.W. 1 is March 27, 2024, C.O. 3448 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 4th Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Kolkata to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without

granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. No costs.

6. Petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a copy of this order to the opposite parties or their learned advocate appearing in the Court below.

7. photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
