1. Heard learned advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.

3. On perusal of the entire materials of the case diary, it reveals that admittedly, there are some incriminating materials against the present accused petitioner.

4. However, considering the fact that the injury of the victim, as suffered, is not on her vital part of the body, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Thus, it is ordered that the in the event of arrest, the present accused petitioner may find bail of Rs. 10,000/-

with two registered sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each subject to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur and also on condition that he shall abide by the conditions of section 482 (2) of the BNSS, 2023.

6. It is further ordered that the present accused petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of this case as and when called for till submission of final report.

7. With the aforementioned observations, the application for anticipatory bail is thus, disposed of.
