On prayer of the petitioners, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action due to certain defects detected therein.

The Department is directed to remove the details of the writ petition from the Sarthac Website.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
