Mr. Nitya Gopal Mukherjee .... For the petitioner The petitioner complains of violation of order dated January 27, 2020 passed by this Court in WP 21574 (W) of 2019.

The petitioner shall serve notice of this application on Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay and Ms. Lipika Chatterjee, learned counsel who appeared for the State in the main writ petition indicating that this matter shall be taken up on 29.01.2021.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the State is directed to take instructions from the alleged contemnors as regards the noncompliance of the order dated January 27, 2020.
