Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed an application for urgent hearing before the DRT by which the matter was fixed in February, 2023 and further submits that the Bank may take steps in the meantime.

Since learned counsel appearing for the Bank is not certain whether the Bank can take

immediate steps, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the DRT for bringing the date forward and any other consequential actions as the petitioners may be advised.

WPA 23378 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
