The revisional application was preferred challenging Bally Police Station Case No. 671 of 2012 dated 02.08.2012 under Sections 488A/313/315//34 of the Indian Penal Code. Record of this revisional application reflects that till date the revisional application has not been admitted. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner or for the State, Mr. Baisali Basu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State was directed to appear in this matter for seeking assistance.

In view of the fact that the police station case is of the year 2012 and the petitioner approached this court at the earlier stage of the case when the investigation of the case was under progress, I am of the view that no interference can be

made as the subsequent progress of the investigation or the present stage of the proceedings before the learned court below has been brought to the notice of this court. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3158 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
