Mr. Ekramul Bari, Ms. Tanuja Basak .....for the petitioner Mr. Jahar Lal De, Mrs. Debarati Sen (Bose) ...for the State The writ petitioner seeks publication of a panel and ascertainment of action taken thereon. The panel was prepared by the school and communicated to the D.I. of Schools (SE), Malda, on June 3, 2009. In the earlier writ petition, the petitioner sought leave to participate in the process of preparation of a panel for selection to the post of Clerk in the said school in question. The said writ petition being WP No. 25238 (W) of 2008, was disposed of by the order dated June 6, 2016. Leave for relaxation of age limit was not granted to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, in an attempt to seek revive and ascertain the status of a panel prepared in June 2009, is only be viewed as an attempt to fish for evidence in a stale matter. In view of the above, WPA 22690 of 2016, shall stand dismissed without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
