1. Heard learned advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.

3. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the post-mortem report of the victim, this Court finds that most of the prosecution witnesses, whose statements have been recorded so far under section 161 of the Cr.P.C. unerringly indicates firing of bullets from the factory shed, where the present accused petitioner was discharging his duty as Gunman.

4. Considering the seriousness of the crime, this Court considers the custodial interrogation of the present accused petitioner is very much necessary.

5. In view of such fact, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the present accused petitioner is considered and rejected.
