Petitioner submits she is not the principal accused. Money was entrusted to co-accused Rupa who was the agent at customer service point of the Cooperative Bank. She has been falsely implicated. She prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner acted in conspiracy with co-accused Rupa. She assisted her in misappropriating the fund entrusted to the said co-accused by the customers of the co-operative bank. Investigation is in progress.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
